Quality Management

Feltham Construction has in place an ISO9001:2008 accredited Quality Management System that ensures that the quality of our works is managed in a robust manner from the initial tender briefing stage, through to completion and final handover to the client.

All elements of the works are covered by the QMS and performance is measured against the Quality Objectives which are set at high level on an annual basis and the main headings are defined as follows:-

  • Customer Satisfaction: A customer satisfaction target set and agreed
  • Process Performance: To measure key business process measures
  • Quality Management: The measure related to the external assessment of the FCL Quality Management System.

The quality of the finished product is the ultimate measure of the company performance on the project and Feltham Construction seek to continuously improve our robust system, never afraid to develop our processes based on experiences or feedback from previous projects from clients or partner contractors.

Our team is further enhanced by the employment of Johnson Associates who take an overall auditing role of our Quality Management system to ensure that the excellent quality of our product is maintained and that our ISO accreditation is retained.
