The Royal Opening: Oaksey House, The Injured Jockeys Fund in Lambourn, Berkshire


HRH the Royal Princess, Patron of the Injured Jockeys Fund opened the newly renovated and improved Oaksey House, yesterday afternoon (20th Feb), which provides rehabilitation and fitness facilities for all Jockeys, riding, retired or injured, also in attendance were Chairman Brough Scott (MBE) & President Sir Anthony McCoy OBE.
The works included the installation of a new high quality, state of the art hydrotherapy pool accompanying the new and improved treatment rooms and changing amenities. Relocation of the first floor function room, to ground level, allowed a wider space for the gym and fitness equipment.

Sir Anthony McCoy, President of the Injured Jockeys Fund said
:"I am delighted to be here today and that the Injured Jockeys Fund is able to now provide these amazing facilities for jockeys both injured and riding. If I'd had this 20 years ago, I'd probably still be going now!"

The Injured Jockeys website news article explains “The refurbishment work took approximately four months and was carried about by a Newbury based company, Feltham Construction and designed by architect Nick Silcock at Townscape.

MacMillan Coffee Morning – Marlborough College


The delivery team working on the Marlborough College project, had a visit from the Children who attend the Nursery next door to site. They brought in cakes, held competitions, as well as participating in other games and activities. This event was all in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support, everyone involved thoroughly enjoyed the morning, Feltham were proud to be part of such a worthy cause.

New Project Awarded: Cirencester Deer Park School


The Cirencester Deer Park School project is the design and construction of a new 2 storey teaching facility which is to provide further classrooms for the School. Works also include the demolition and clearing of temporary classrooms on campus.

RIBA South Award Winners 2017


We are delighted to announce that Barns Place, Oxford is a RIBA South Award Winner for 2017.

The affordable housing scheme was built for Green Square Group and designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

Congratulations to our project team Bob Simon, Mark Josling, Dave Shipley and Vinny Franklin on an excellent job.

New Project Award: Nursery Extension, Elstree School


The Elstree School project will comprise of alteration and refurbishment works to the existing Nursery to provide a more spacious learning area for the Children. Also included in the works is the construction of new staff offices.
The project will incorporate the alteration and extension to the reception classrooms to form wider rooms and provide an extended staff room. General refurbishment of other areas are also included, as well as the creation of a new main entrance through the existing Black Barn building.

New Project Awarded: Willowbrook Sports Pavillon, Eton Colllege


Eton College provides a full boarding education for about 1,300 boys aged 13–18, with balanced emphasis on high academic standards, strong pastoral support and liberal choice within a wide range of high-quality sporting and cultural activities.

The Eton Colllege project includes works comprised of the design and construction of a new first class sports pavilion to serve the school pupils and staff. The works will include installation of a new roof viewing terrace and staircase. Demolition of the existing tennis pavilion and associated landscaping will make room for the new pavilion.

Groundbreaking at new Feltham Properties Development Site, Milton


Works have commenced on site at Feltham Properties latest development in Milton, Oxfordshire.

The largest development to date for the Feltham Properties division will create 18 new homes on a green field site.

Completion of the project is expected Summer 2018
